That's Zo Sweet Policy
1. Hours of Operation:
We are a Home Based Bakery and our contact hours are Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 5:00pm. Saturdays, 12:00pm - 4:00pm. If we are able to answer, please leave us a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. You can also text us at 708- 663-4814
Any changes to our schedule (holidays, special events) will be posted on our website and social media pages.
2. Orders and Custom Cakes:
Custom orders must be placed at least seven days in advance, if there is availability.
A deposit of 50% is required for all orders.
Final payment is due five days prior to pick up.
Cancellations are accepted within the first 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations after the 48 hour time slot will not be refunded.
3. Refunds and Exchanges:
If there is a mistake or issue with your order, please contact us right away. We will work with you to correct the problem.
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns for non-defective items.
Refunds or exchanges for incorrect or damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Dietary Restrictions and Allergens:
We take food allergies seriously and will do our best to accommodate dietary needs. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions when placing your order. However, please note that all our products are made in a facility that handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens, so cross-contamination may occur.
5. Delivery and Pick-Up:
For delivery, fees start at $50 for the first 20 miles roundtrip (Ten miles to your location and ten miles back to mine.) It's an additional $1 per mile after the first 20.
If you choose to pick up your order, please arrive at the scheduled time to ensure freshness.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss once the order has been picked up or delivered.
6. Pricing:
Prices for all products are listed on our menu and are subject to change without notice. Custom orders will have different pricing depending on complexity, size, and ingredients.
7. Customer Conduct:
We strive to provide a friendly, welcoming environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
